NCNW and NPHC Black Maternal and Infant Health Summit

NCNW Sacramento Valley Section and the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Sacramento Chapter, are hosting a daylong Summit to improve the health of Black women and babies.

The Summit will explore the intersectionality between these

Social Determinants of Health:

  • Health

  • Mental health

  • Black maternal and infant mortality

  • Smoking/vaping/hookah

  • Update on CA Assembly Bill 2319.

Attendees can network with thought leaders, service organizations, medical providers, and government agencies, and participate in a Black Baby Doll Drive to support children in foster care and local community initiatives.
